This area of a driveway had become a dumping ground for the previous owners of this property, which was not only untidy but dysfunctional.

We cleared the area, disposing of the waste and recycling what we could. We installed 8x4 posts in the ground to form the basis of the wall, which the horizontal sleepers were fixed to. These sleepers were pressure treated, 6m 8x4 beams which spanned the whole space. We like to use as long timbers as possible, which not only adds strength to the wall by reducing the number of weak areas, but aesthetically it looks much nicer.

The finished product was a much tider, far more functional area to store the bins and park a car.
