What started as a simple roof replacement with new Redland Rosemary tiles, ended up being a full roof replacement. This 1800's farm cottage was bought by our client as a project property, which is certainly what they got!

We removed all the old clay tiles and sold them for the customer, then removed all rafters and purlins and replaced with new. The original rafters were only 3 inches thick, so we replaced them with 6 inch rafters, which are much more appropriate for the weight of these tiles.

The client now has peace of mind that their roof is brand new and they won't have to think about it ever again! We even replaced the fascia, soffit and guttering for them too.
