This project is the largest undertaken to date and it included building 2 extensions, 1 carport extension, reconfiguring the downstairs layout, installing 5 bathrooms and a new kitchen.

The project was managed and designed by the clients, who continued to live in the property whilst the work was carried out. We carried out all of the work over the course of 10 months, which challenged both us and the client!

The vision for the project was to maximise the views over the fields throughout the property, as well as make the downstairs layout flow better. Initially the property was a bungalow that had been converted into a 2 storey house, without the downstairs being reconfigured. By addition a lobby extension it allowed the clients to be able to enter every room without having to walk through every room.
